Whenever you score a critical hit with a sinper rifle, gain health regeneration. The amount of Health Regeneration is based on the distance to the enemy. The closer the enemy, the greater the regeneration. Additionally, whenever you score a critical hit with a sniper rifle on an enemy, creat a healing nova centered on that enemy that also gives any player inside the radius a second wind. The further away the enemy, the greater the healing.
