本届GDC 2013上公布了《龙之幻想2》，这是一款16位的点阵类RPG游戏。游戏背景是说在遥远的过去，人类与龙族之间长达10年之久的战争，让人类世界开始出现“龙骑士”的职业，勇士们争相挑战想要成为最强龙骑士。游戏支持多人游戏，最大支持的共同游戏人数为4人，每位玩家的阵营都由第一位玩家的阵营决定，玩家能探索自己周围地图，不单可以能单打独斗，也可以合作杀敌，同时还能够直接加入一场地图上正在发生的战斗里。
